Ingredients
Crust
- Bread slice 1
- Butter 1 tsp
Topping
- Pizza sauce 1 tbsp
- Chopped onion 1/2 tsp
- Chopped bell pepper 1 tsp
- Corn 1 tsp
- Sliced green olives 1 tsp
- Sliced black olives 1 tsp
- Mozzarella cheese 1-2 tbsp
- Dried oregano, a pinch
- Chili flakes/jalapenos/chili sauce to taste
Preparation
- Chop the bread slice into small cubes.
- Add to a frying pan alongwith butter.
- Fry on low flame until the bread is golden.
- Transfer to a mug.
- Top with pizza sauce.
- Next, top with onion, bell pepper, corn, green olives, black olives and lastly, mozzarella cheese.
- Sprinkle some chili flakes and oregano over the cheese.
- Heat in a microwave for 1 minute or until the cheese melts.
- Enjoy!
