3-ingredient Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients

Dough

  • Plain flour 2 cups
  • Instant yeast 1 tbsp
  • Luke warm Milk 1 cup
  • Oil 1 tbsp

Filling

  • Butter 2 tbsp (room temperature)
  • Cinnamon powder 2 tbsp
  • Sugar 4 tbsp

Topping

  • Condensed Milk

Preparation

  1. In a micing bowl, add plain flour and yeast. Mix well.
  2. Add luke warm water and knead into a soft dough. If the dough is not soft enough, you can add 2-3 tbsp of milk.
  3. Knead the dough for 7-8 minutes until smooth and lump free.
  4. Shape into a ball and apply oil all over.
  5. Cover and Allow to rise until doubled in size.
  6. Now take the dough out on a counter and using a rolling pin, roll into 1/2 cm thick rectangle.
  7. In a small bowl mix together butter, cinnamon powder and sugar.
  8. Apply this paste on the dough and roll the dough into a log.
  9. Cut the log into 1 inch thick pieces and place on a baking tray 1 inch apart.
  10. Cover with a cloth and allow to double in size again.
  11. Bake in a preheated oven at 200C for 12-14 minutes.
  12. Take out and pour condensed milk over the rolls.
  13. Enjoy!
