5-minute Bread Dahi Baray

Ingredients

For Baray

  • Bread slices 9
  • Drinking water 2 cups
  • Raisins 45

Topping

  • Yogurt as needed
  • Amchur chutney or imli chutney
  • Hari chutney
  • Cumin seeds
  • Salt
  • Chaat masala
  • Fresh coriander, chopped

Preparation

  1. Dip bread slice in water and take out immediately.
  2. Place a few raisins in the middle and roll into a ball, making sure you squeeze out all the water while shaping the ball.
  3. Place the bread balls in serving dish.
  4. In a separate bowl, add yogurt, salt and chat masala and mix.
  5. Pour over the balls.
  6. Top with amchur chutney, hari chutney and fresh coriander.
  7. Serve chilled.
  8. Enjoy!
