Ingredients
Khoya
- Milk powder 4 tbsp
- Fresh Milk 1/2 cup
Kulfi Base
- Fresh Milk 2 Cups
- Sugar 1/3 cup (or more to taste)
- Corn flour 2 tbsp
- Milk powder 1/2 cup
- Almonds 1/4 cup, chopped
- Pistachio 1/4 cup, chopped
- Green cardamoms 2-3, seeds only
Preparation
- To make khoya, mix milk powder and fresh milk and cook on low heat, stirring constantly, until th e mixture becomes thick, leaves the cooking pot and takes a round shape.
- Turn off the flame.
- In another pan, add fresh milk, sugar, corn flour, milk powder, almonds, pistachio and green cardamoms and khoya. Mix well.
- Stirring constantly, cook until the mixture comes to a boil and becomes thick. Do not over cook.
- Pour into kulfi moulds and freeze.
- Enjoy!
