5- Minutes TAWA PIZZA
Ingredients
Pizza base
- Water 2/3 cup
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Yeast 1/2 tsp
- Sugar 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- All-purpose flour 2/3 cup
Topping
- Pizza sauce
- Sausage meat or finely chopped cooked chicken pieces
- Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
- Take a large frying pan and add to it water, oil, yeast, sugar and salt. Give it a stir. No need to dissolve the sugar or salt.
- Add all-purpose flour and mix using a spatula. If the mixture looks too thick add a tbsp of water.
- Spread the mixture on the pan evenly.
- Now add small dollops of pizza sauce all over and spread using the back of spoon or spatula.
- Top with mozzarella cheese and meat of your choice.
- Cover the pan and cook for 10-12 minutes on LOWEST Possible flame.
- When the cheese melts it means the crust (dough) is cooked too. Now turn the flame high for just 1 minute to give the crust a nice crunch.
- Take out and serve immediately.
