Air Fryer Juicy Drumsticks Ready in 20 minutes

Ingredients

  • Chicken legs 1 kg, skin removed
  • Yogurt 6 tbsp
  • Fresh thick cream 3 tbsp
  • Ginger paste 1/4 tsp
  • Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon juice of 1 lemon/lime
  • Finely chopped fresh coriander, 4 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili flakes to taste
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tbsp
  • Paprika powder ¾ tbsp
  • Coriander powder 1 + 1/2 tbsp
  • Dried fenugreek (methi) 1+ 1/2 tbsp
  • Oil 3-4 tbsp

Dipping sauce

  • Ketchup 4 tbsp
  • Mayonnaise 4 tbsp
  • Mustard paste 1 tsp
  • Chili sauce to taste

Preparation

  1. Remove the skin, wash and pat dry the chicken legs.
  2.  In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and mix well.
  3. Add to the chicken legs, mix and coat the chicken legs properly.
  4. Cover and keep aside for 10 minutes if in hurry, otherwise refrigerate overnight for excellent flavors.
  5. Place in the air fryer and bake at 200°C for 13-15 minutes on one side.
  6. Now flip and bake for 5-6 minutes on the other side.
  7. Take out and serve with dipping sauce.
  8. Enjoy!
