Ingredients
- Chicken legs 1 kg, skin removed
- Yogurt 6 tbsp
- Fresh thick cream 3 tbsp
- Ginger paste 1/4 tsp
- Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
- Lemon juice of 1 lemon/lime
- Finely chopped fresh coriander, 4 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Red chili flakes to taste
- Black pepper powder 1/2 tbsp
- Paprika powder ¾ tbsp
- Coriander powder 1 + 1/2 tbsp
- Dried fenugreek (methi) 1+ 1/2 tbsp
- Oil 3-4 tbsp
Dipping sauce
- Ketchup 4 tbsp
- Mayonnaise 4 tbsp
- Mustard paste 1 tsp
- Chili sauce to taste
Preparation
- Remove the skin, wash and pat dry the chicken legs.
- In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and mix well.
- Add to the chicken legs, mix and coat the chicken legs properly.
- Cover and keep aside for 10 minutes if in hurry, otherwise refrigerate overnight for excellent flavors.
- Place in the air fryer and bake at 200°C for 13-15 minutes on one side.
- Now flip and bake for 5-6 minutes on the other side.
- Take out and serve with dipping sauce.
