Almond Milkshake
Ingredients:
- Almonds 250 grams
- Water
- Green cardamom 8-10 or more as per your liking
preparation:
- To make and freeze almond cubes, take 250 gms almond and soak them overnight. Next day peel them, blend with a little water to a fine paste. Add the seeds of 8-10 cardamoms and blend again. Now cook this mixture until the color changes from white to off white color, means the almods are cooked. Allow to cool and then transfer the mixture to ice cube tray and freeze overnight. Next day, take out the almond cubes, transfer to the zip-lock bags and put them back into the freezer. These cubes can be stored upto a month in the freezer.
- Blend these cubes with water and ice to make thanda thanda badaam ka sharbat
