Boiled anday ki Tikki | Anday k kababs | Boiled Egg Cutlets Recipe
Ingredients
- Eggs 4, hard boiled
- Potato 1 medium sized, boiled
- Onion 1 small, finely chopped
- Green chilies 2-3 chopped
- Coriander leaves 3-4 tbsp, chopped
- Fresh mint leaves 3-4 tbsp, chopped
- Capsicum 1/2, finely chopped
- Maida [All purpose flour] 2 tbsp heaped
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Bread crumbs for coating
Preparation
- Peel the eggs and mash them as fine as possible.
- Mash the boiled potato and add to the eggs.
- Add chopped onion, green chilies, coriander leaves, mint leaves and capsicum.
- Add 2 tbsp maida, salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix everything well until it forms a nice dough like mixture.
- Make small tikkis (patties) and coat them with bread crumbs.
- Shallow fry till golden brown and crisp.
- Serve immediately with your fav dipping sauce!
