Boiled anday ki Tikki | Anday k kababs | Boiled Egg Cutlets Recipe

Ingredients

  • Eggs 4, hard boiled
  • Potato 1 medium sized, boiled
  • Onion 1 small, finely chopped
  • Green chilies 2-3 chopped
  • Coriander leaves 3-4 tbsp, chopped
  • Fresh mint leaves 3-4 tbsp, chopped
  • Capsicum 1/2, finely chopped
  • Maida [All purpose flour] 2 tbsp heaped
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Bread crumbs for coating

 

Preparation

  1. Peel the eggs and mash them as fine as possible.
  2. Mash the boiled potato and add to the eggs.
  3. Add chopped onion, green chilies, coriander leaves, mint leaves and capsicum.
  4. Add 2 tbsp maida, salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Mix everything well until it forms a nice dough like mixture.
  6. Make small tikkis (patties) and coat them with bread crumbs.
  7. Shallow fry till golden brown and crisp.
  8. Serve immediately with your fav dipping sauce!
  9. Enjoy!
