Ingredients
- Boneless chicken 1 kg, cut into 1.5 inch cubes
- Whole red chilies 5-6
- Salt 1 tsp
- Garam masala 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Cinnamon powder 1 tsp
- Chat masala 1/2 tsp
- Paprika powder or Kashmiri red chili powder 2 tsp
- Tandoori masala 1 tsp
- Oil 3 tbsp
- Lemon juice 4 tbsp
- Coconut powder 2 tbsp
- Yogurt 2 tbsp
- Tomato paste 2 tbsp
- Ginger paste 2 tbsp
- Garlic powder 2 tbsp

Preparation
- Boil red chilies in water for 4-5 minutes until soft.
- Take out and mash to form paste.
- Add to a bowl along with all the marinade ingredients.
- Mix well.
- Add chicken pieces, mix and marinate for at least 30 minutes or even overnight.
- Arrange on skewers and grill them either in a grilling pan or the coals.
- Enjoy!
