Ingredients
- Instant Oats 1/2 cup (I used Quaker oats)
- Thick yogurt 1/2 cup
- Egg 1
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- Vanilla essence 1 tsp
- Apple 1 big
- Oil for greasing the pan
- Sugar 1 tbsp or to taste
Preparation
- In a chopper, add oats, yogurt, egg, baking powder and vanilla essence.
- Peel the apple and chop into thin pieces.
- Add the apple pieces to the oats batter. Mix and keep the batter aside for 5-10 minutes until the batter becomes a little thick.
- Now add sugar and mix using a spoon.
- Grease a pan and place dallops of the batter on the pan and allow to cook on low flame.
- Flip after 2-3 minutes and cook on the other side,
- Drizzle with some honey and serve with tea or coffee.
