Ingredients
- Apples 2 medium, peeled and chopped
- Instant oats 1 + 1/4 cups
- Eggs 2
- Baking powder 1.5 tsp
- Cinnamon powder 1 tsp
- Milk 1/4 cup
- Honey 1-2 tbsp (or use sugar)
Topping
- Cream cheese
- Chocolate spread
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180°C using upper and lower rod.
- In a small bowl add chopped apples and microwave for 1-2 minutes or more if needed, until the apples are soft.
- Mash the apples and allow to come to room temperature.
- Grind the instant oats into powder. Add the oats powder to a bowl.
- Add eggs, baking powder, cinnamon powder, honey, milk and apple puree.
- Mix everything and if tge batter is too thick add some more milk.
- Transfer to donut moulds and bake at 180°C for 15-18 minutes using upper ans lower rods until tooth pick comes out clean.
- Serve with cream cheese and chocolate spread.
