Ingredients
For Pancakes
- Apples 2 big
- Eggs 3
- Yogurt 1/2 cup
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- Instant oats 1 + 1/2 cups
- Cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp
Dipping sauce
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Milk (if the yogurt is thick)
- Honey 2 tbsp
Preparation
- Peel the apples and add to a blender along with eggs, yogurt and baking powder.
- Blend until smooth.
- Now add oats and cinnamon powder and blend ONLY until combined. Do not over blend at this stage otherwise the batter will become thick. We want pouring consistency.
- Heat pan on low flame, grease with oil and pour the batter little by little to make pancakes.
- Cook on low from both sides on low heat.
- For dipping sauce, just mix together yogurt, honey and milk.
- Serve the freshly made hot pancakes with dipping sauce.
- Enjoy!
