Ingredients
Kebabs
- Beef/mutton mince 400 grams
- Onion 1 big, finely chopped
- Fresh coriander finely chopped 1 cup
- Green chilies 2-3, finely chopped
- Garlic 1 tbsp, grated
- Salt 1 tsp
- Red chili to taste
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Cumin powder 1 tsp
- Paprika powder 1 tsp
- Black pepper powder 3/4 tsp
Other
- Oil for shallow frying
- Onions, green chilies, tomatoes
- Khubz/Roti
- Fresh lemon
Preparation
- Mix everything under “kebabs” and marinate for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
- Next, shape into kebabs and shallow fry until done.
- Squeeze lemon juice on top
- Serve with grilled Onions, green chilies, tomatoes grilled on a flat pan using 1-2 tbsp oil.
- Enjoy!
