Arabian Kebabs

Ingredients

Kebabs

  • Beef/mutton mince 400 grams
  • Onion 1 big, finely chopped
  • Fresh coriander finely chopped 1 cup
  • Green chilies 2-3, finely chopped
  • Garlic 1 tbsp, grated
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Red chili to taste
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Paprika powder 1 tsp
  • Black pepper powder 3/4 tsp

Other

  • Oil for shallow frying
  • Onions, green chilies, tomatoes
  • Khubz/Roti
  • Fresh lemon

Preparation

  1. Mix everything under “kebabs” and marinate for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
  2. Next, shape into kebabs and shallow fry until done.
  3. Squeeze lemon juice on top
  4. Serve with grilled Onions, green chilies, tomatoes grilled on a flat pan using 1-2 tbsp oil.
  5. Enjoy!
