Asian Glazed Chicken Thighs​

Asian Glazed Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

  • Chicken thighs (with bone and with skin) 1 kg
  • Vinegar 1/3 cup
  • Soy sauce 1/4 cup
  • Brown Sugar 2 tbsp
  • Honey 1 tbsp
  • Garlic 1 tbsp, grated
  • Ginger 1 tbsp, grated
  • Chili sauce to taste (I used only 2tbsp)
  • Salt to taste
  • Water 1/4 cup

 

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 220*C.
  2. Mix all the ingredients and cook the marinade until thickened.
  3. Defrost the chicken thighs. Place in a baking dish skin side down and pour the marinade.
  4. Bake at 220*C for 30 minutes.
  5. Now flip the thighs and again bake for 15 minutes or until completely cooked. Lastly, turn on the upper rod and broil the thighs for 5 minutes until the skin is brown and crisp.
  6. Serve with mango and lime rice.
  7. Enjoy!
