Avocado & Egg Toast
Ingredients
- Bread Slice 1
- Butter 1 teaspoon
- Avocado 1/2, sliced
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper powder to taste
- Egg 1
Preparation
- Turn the oven on at 240 *C and place the toast in it.
- Bake for 4-5 minutes or until crunchy.
- While the toast is baking, fry an egg.
- Take out super crunchy toast.
- Apple butter on hot toast and place avocado slices on it.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper.
- Now place egg and again season with salt and pepper.
- Enjoy while hot!
