Badaam ka Sharbat (Almond Sherbat) | How to make Frozen Almond Sherbat Cubes
Ingredients:
For Almond cubes:
- Almond 2 cups
- Cardamom powder (ilaichi powder) 1 tbsp
- Water as needed
To make the milkshake
- Almond cubes 2
- Milk 1 Cup
- Honey/sugar to taste
- Ice Cubes (if you like you can blend ice cubes to thicken it) (as required)
preparation:
To make and freeze almond cubes
- Take 2 cups almonds and soak them overnight.
- Next day peel them, blend with a little water to a fine paste.
- Add 1 tbsp cardamom powder to the paste.
- Now cook this mixture until thickened and no water remains. It should be a thick consistency.
- Allow to cool and then transfer the mixture to ice cube tray and freeze overnight. Next day, take out the almond cubes, transfer to the zip-lock bags and put them back into the freezer. These cubes can be stored up to a month in the freezer.
To make the almond milkshake
- Add almond cubes milk and honey in blender and blend.
- Pour into glasses and serve. Enjoy!
