Ingredients
- Over-ripe Bananas 2, mashed
- Eggs 2 large
- Granulated sugar 1/3 cup
- Rolled oats 1 cup (you can also use instant oats)
- Milk 1/2 cup
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- Baking soda 1 tsp
- Vanilla essence 1 tsp
- Cocoa powder 1/4 cup
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180°C using upper and lower rod.
- Mash the bananas using potato masher or a fork.
- Add eggs, sugar, oats, milk, salt, baking powder and baking soda, vanilla essence and cocoa powder.
- Mix well and transfer to a square 9×9 inch baking pan.
- Bake at 180°C for 35-40 minutes using upper and lower rod.
