Ingredients
Marination
- Boneless chicken 1 kg, cut into cubes for skewers
- Salt to taste
- Paprika powder 2 tsp
- Chili flakes 1 tsp
- Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
- Onion powder 2 tsp
- Garlic powder 1 tsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
Sauce
- Mayonnaise 4 tbsp
- Hot sauce/Tabasco sauce 2 tbsp
- Sweet Chili sauce 2 tbsp
- Mustard paste 1 tbsp
- Chili flakes (optional) to taste

Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, add chicken, salt, paprika powder, chili flakes, black pepper powder, onion powder, garlic powder and oil and mix well. Allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Make the sauce by mixing mayonnaise, hot sauce, sweet chili sauce, mustard paste and chili flakes. Keep aside.
- Thread the chicken pieces on skewers.
- Put 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan and cook the chicken skewers.
- Take out from the pan and immediately apply thick layer of sauce on the skewers.
- Enjoy!
