Best Dough for Any Sweet and Savory Stuffing
Ingredients
- Plain flour 4 cup
- Instant yeast 1.5 tbsp
- Milk powder 2 tbsp
- Sugar 2 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- Oil 3 tbsp
- Lukewarm water for kneading
Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, add plain flour, yeast, milk powder, sugar, salt, baking powder and mix.
- Add oil and lukewarm water as needed to make a dough. Dough should be soft.
- Keep kneading the dough for 7-8 minutes until smooth.
- Apply oil to a bowl and place the dough in it. Oil the dough as well.
- Cover and keep aside until double in size (30-45 minutes).
- Now take the dough out and deflate using your hands.
- Use it for pizzas, chicken rolls, chicken buns, sweet cream rolls, sweet buns etc.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for 15-18 minutes using both rods or until golden from the top.
