Best Dough for Any Sweet and Savory Stuffing

Ingredients

  • Plain flour 4 cup
  • Instant yeast 1.5 tbsp
  • Milk powder 2 tbsp
  • Sugar 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Oil 3 tbsp
  • Lukewarm water for kneading

Preparation

  1. In a mixing bowl, add plain flour, yeast, milk powder, sugar, salt, baking powder and mix.
  2. Add oil and lukewarm water as needed to make a dough. Dough should be soft.
  3. Keep kneading the dough for 7-8 minutes until smooth.
  4. Apply oil to a bowl and place the dough in it. Oil the dough as well.
  5. Cover and keep aside until double in size (30-45 minutes).
  6. Now take the dough out and deflate using your hands.
  7. Use it for pizzas, chicken rolls, chicken buns, sweet cream rolls, sweet buns etc.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for 15-18 minutes using both rods or until golden from the top.
