Breakfast Egg Pizza

Ingredients

Ingredients For 1 Pizza

  • All-purpose flour 1 cup
  • Yogurt 3/4 cup
  • Baking Powder 1.5 tsp

For Topping

  • Eggs 3
  • Pizza Sauce
  • Olives
  • Tomatoes
  • Onions
  • Green chilies
  • Fresh Coriander
  • Salt
  • Black pepper powder
  • Paprika powder
  • Oregano
  • Garlic powder
  • Mozzarella cheese

Preparation

  1. This pizza dough is for 1 big tawa size pizza.
  2. Take all-purpose flour in a bowl and add baking powder. Please use measuring cup and spoon for perfect results.
  3. Add yogurt and start mixing.
  4. Knead into a dough.
  5. Dough should be soft and little bit sticky but not too much sticky. If need be, you can add a little bit of flour to adjust the dough.
  6. Apply oil on the tawa and place it to heat up on stove.
  7. Flame should be low but not extremely low.
  8. Dust the surface with a little bit of all-purpose flour and roll the dough into a pizza.
  9. Place it on the tawa and cook for 3-4 minutes or until you see bubbles on top of the dough and the base is a little bit browned.
  10. Now turn the pizza dough upside down.
  11. Turn the flame as low as possible.
  12. Apply pizza sauce, olives, tomatoes, green chilies and onions.
  13. Crack three eggs in the middle.
  14. Add mozzarella cheese around the eggs and sprinkle some salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika powder and oregano on top.
  15. Cover and cook on extremely low flame until the cheese is melted.
  16. Alternatively, bake in the preheated oven at 180*C for 10-12 minutes using top rod.
  17. Yummy and quick tawa pizza is ready!
