Ingredients
- Butter 500 grams (unsalted) at room temperature
- Sweetened Condensed Milk 1 can (397 grams) cold
- Vanilla powder 1/2 tsp
Preparation
- Butter should be at room temperature. Beat the butter on high speed for 10 minutes until double in volume. By then it should be airy and fluffy and light in color.
- Add sweetened condensed milk and vanilla powder and beat at high again for 10 minutes.
- Buttercream frosting is ready.
- Apply on the cake and refrigerate it.
- When you want to serve the cake just remove from fridge few hours before serving so that the frosting becomes soft.
- Enjoy!
NOTE 1: Butter should be unsalted

NOTE 3: Condensed milk should be sweet.
NOTE 4: Condensed milk should be cold.
NOTE 5: If using vanilla essence, prefer the colorless version.
