Ingredients
- Small Cabbage 1/4, thinly sliced
- Onion 1 big, thinly sliced
- Green chilies, 1-2 sliced
- Salt to taste
- Cumin seeds 1/2 tbsp
- Red chili powder 1/2 tbsp
- Turmeric powder 1/4 tbsp
- Coriander powder 3/4 tbsp
- Chat masala 1 tbsp
- Gram flour (Besan) 1 to 1/5 cup
- Water as needed
- Oil for frying
Preparation
- Mix everything and add water as needed to make a thick batter
- Heat oil in a wok and add dollops of pakora batter in hot oil.
- Fry until golden.
- Serve with mint raita.
