Carrot Paratha

Ingredients for 3 parathas

  • Carrot 1 (Please use only orange carrot. Red carrot may make paratha a bit sweet)
  • Small onion ½, chopped
  • Green chili 1, chopped
  • Ginger paste 1/4 tsp
  • Garlic paste 1/4 tsp
  • Fresh coriander 1 tbsp, chopped
  • Salt to taste

Preparation

  1. Grate the carrot and add chopped onion, green chili, fresh coriander, ginger paste and garlic paste and salt.
  2. Mix and add wheat flour and knead using water to a dough.
  3. Cook the parathas the usual way using desi ghee or oil.
  4. Enjoy!
