Ingredients
- Cauliflower Head 1 small, cut into florets
- Carrot 1 big, thickly sliced
- White vinegar 1 part
- Water 3 parts
- Salt to taste
Preparation
- In a pot add water, vinegar and salt.
- Bring to boil.
- Turn off the flame and allow the steam to escape.
- In a pickling jar or mason jar add the cauliflower florets and the carrots.
- Pour the pickling liquid over it.
- Keep the lid open and allow to come to room temperature.
- Now close the lid and refrigerate.
- Pickle is ready after 2-3 days.
- Use within 3 weeks.
