Ingredients
- Cauliflower 1 small head
- Olive oil 1 tsp
- Ginger paste 1/4 tsp
- Garlic paste 1/4 tsp
- Fresh coriander 1 cup, chopped
Preparation
- Cut the cauliflower into florets. Wash and drain.
- Chop in a chopper into rice (fine grains). You can also use a grater to grate the cauliflower.
- Add oil, ginger and garlic paste in a frying pan and fry at low heat until raw smell is gone.
- Add cauliflower rice to the frying pan and sauté on high until the rice is just cooked.
- NOTE: Avoid cooking at low heat or for too long. This would make the cauliflower rice mushy.
- Lastly, add chopped coriander. Give it a stir.
- Enjoy your carb free rice!
