Ingredients
- Garlic cloves 10-12
- Tomato 1 big
- Green chili 1-2
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander 1 handful, chopped
- Fresh mint leaves 1 handful, chopped
- Thick imli paste 1 tbsp (tamarind paste)
Preparation
- Add garlic, tomato and green chili to a grinder and grind.
- Add chopped coriander and mint and thick imli paste and salt and grind again.
- Serve with your favourite paratha or kebab.
