Heat oil in a pot and add cumin seeds and red chilies.
Allow to crackle and add ginger and garlic paste, grated tomatoes, turmeric powder, coriander powder and paprika powder. Cook the masala until oil seaparates from the gravy.
Add sliced radish along with salt and water. Cover allow to cook until radish is fully cooked and water has evaporated.
Garnish with coriander and serve immediately with roti.
