Chicken and Veggie Pasta Recipe | Macaroni Recipe
Ingredients
For marination
- Chicken boneless 400 grams
- Soy sauce 2 tsp
- Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
For Macaroni Sauce
- Ketchup 5 tbsp
- Chili sauce 2 tbsp [or more as per your taste]
- Soy sauce 2 tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp
- White pepper powder 3/4 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp or to taste
Other Ingredients
- Macaroni 1 packet of 400 gms
- Oil 1/4 cup
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Ginger paste 1 tsp
- Red capsicum 1/2, cut into small chunks
- Green capsicum 1/2, cut into small chunks
- Cucumber 1, cut into small chunks
- Olives 2-3 tbsp
- Spring onion for the garnish
Preparation
- Boil macaroni according to package instructions. Add some oil and salt while boiling. When done, drain and keep aside.
- Cut chicken into very small chunks, almost same size as the macaroni. Marinate with soy sauce and black pepper powder. Mix and keep aside for 15 minutes.
- Cut the veggies into same sized chunks.
- In a wok, add oil and ginger and garlic paste. Sauté until aromatic.
- Next, add chicken and stir fry on high heat until the chicken is cooked.
- Add veggies and stir fry on high heat for 3-4 minutes.
- Add the macaroni sauce and stir.
- Add boiled macaroni, adjust the salt and spice and cover and cook on low flame (dum) for 5-10 minutes.
- Serve hot! Enjoy!
