Chicken Drumsticks
Ingredients
- Chicken Leg pieces (or any other cut) 1 kg
- All-purpose flour 4 tablespoons
- Cornflour/Corn starch 2 tablespoons
- Red chili powder 1 tablespoon
- Cumin powder 3/4 tablespoon
- Garam masala 3/4 tablespoon
- Coriander powder 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Soy sauce 1 tablespoon
- Ginger paste 1 teaspoon
- Garlic paste 1 teaspoon
- Eggs 2
Preparation
- Clean, wash and pat dry the chicken pieces to get rid of any moisture.
- Mix together all the ingredients listed above.
- Add the chicken pieces and mix to coat well. Let it marinate, covered, in the fridge for 3-4 hours or preferably overnight.
- Heat oil on a medium heat and add the chicken pieces, a few pieces at a time. Turn the flame low.
- Fry for 13-14 minutes turning the pieces occasionally.
- Serve immediately. Enjoy!
