Ingredients
For Chicken
- Oil 2-3 tbsp
- Boneless Chicken 1 kg, chut into 1.5 inch cuves
- Salt to taste
- Red chili powder 1 tsp or to taste
- Turmeric powder 3/4 tsp
For Gravy
- Oil 2-3 tbsp
- Onions 2, Thickly sliced
- Garlic 6 cloves, chopped
- Ginger 2 inch, Julienned
- Red Bell Pepper 1, cut into cubes
- Green Bell Pepper 1, cut into cubes
- Garam masala 3/4 tsp
- Coriander powder 1.5 tsp
- Cumin powder 1 tsp
- Ketchup 6 tbsp full
- Tomato paste 2 tbsp full
- Water 1/4 cup or as needed
Garnish
- Ginger julienned
- Chopped coriander
- Slit green chilies
Serving Suggestion
- Naan/Paratha/Boiled Rice
Preparation
- Heat oil in a pan and add chicken pieces along with salt, red chili and turmeric. Cook until chicken is well done.
- Take out the chicken pieces and keep aside.
- In the same wok, heat oil and add onions. Sauté for 1 minute
- Add ginger and garlic and sauté until the raw smell goes off.
- Add bell peppers and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add garam masala, coriander powder, cumin powder, ketchup and tomato paste. mix
- Add chicken and water and stir.
- Cover and cook for 4-6 minutes or until every flavor is well combined.
- Serve immediately and Enjoy!
