Ingredients
- Chicken Mince 900 grams
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Corn flour 2 tbsp
- Breadcrumbs for coating
- Oil for shallow frying
Preparation
- Add salt, black pepper and corn flour to the chicken mince and mix.
- You can add more corn flour if the mixture is thin.
- Heat some oil in a frying pan for shallow frying.
- Place the breadcrumbs in a flat tray.
- Take a tablespoon full of mince in hand and shape into a ball.
- Put this ball in the breadcrumbs and start pressing the meatball and shape into a thin fillet.
- Now put the breadcrumbs on top of the fillet to completely coat it.
- Carefully take the fillet out, dust off the extra crumbs and put into the oil.
- Cook for 2 minutes on medium flame from one side until golden brown.
- Now flip and cook until golden.
- Take out on a paper towel.
- Serve with ketchup or sweet chili sauce and some coated fries.
