- Chicken 1 kg
- Water 1 L
- Vinegar 1/2 cup
- Salt 2 tsp
Marination
- Ginger paste 1 tsp
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Thick yogurt 4 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Cumin powder 1 tsp
- Black salt 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
- Kashmiri red chili powder 2 tsp
- Dried fenugreek 1 tsp
- Chat masala 1 tsp
- Red food color 1/3 tsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice 3 tbsp
- Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Preparation
- Cut chicken into bog chunks and add water, salt and vinegar to it.
- Mix and Soak for 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes, wash thoroughly.
- Add all the ingredients of marination to the chicken pieces.
- Mix well and marinate for at least an hour or preferably overnight.
- To cook the chicken, put the pieces in a pan and cook on high flame on both sides.
- Serve immediately. Enjoy!
