Choco Vanilla Layered Cups

Ingredients

Chocolate layer

  • Corn flour 2 tbsp heaped
  • Cocoa powder 1 tbsp
  • Sugar 4 tbsp
  • Milk 500 ml
  • Milk Chocolate chips 2 tbsp (optional)

Vanilla Layer

  • Corn flour 2 tbsp heaped
  • Sugar 3 tbsp
  • Milk 500 ml
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • White Chocolate chips or any chocolate of your choice 2 tbsp (optional)

Cookie layer

  • Oreo cookies 10

Preparation

  1. Chocolate layer: Take some milk from 500 ml and add corn flour, cocoa powder and sugar to it. Mix until there are no lumps.
  2. Stir in the remaining milk and mix.
  3. Cook on a medium to low flame, stirring constantly until thick and creamy.
  4. Turn the flame off and add chocolate chips and stir until dissolved.
  5. Pour into 4 serving cups.
  6. Vanilla Layer: Take some milk from 500 ml and add corn flour, vanilla essence and sugar to it. Mix until there are no lumps.

  9. Turn the flame off and add white chocolate chips and stir until dissolved.
  10. Pour over the chocolate layer.
  11. Grind the oreo cookies into fine powder and put the powder on the white layer.
  12. Refrigerate and serve. Enjoy!
