Ingredients
Chocolate layer
- Corn flour 2 tbsp heaped
- Cocoa powder 1 tbsp
- Sugar 4 tbsp
- Milk 500 ml
- Milk Chocolate chips 2 tbsp (optional)
Vanilla Layer
- Corn flour 2 tbsp heaped
- Sugar 3 tbsp
- Milk 500 ml
- Vanilla essence 1 tsp
- White Chocolate chips or any chocolate of your choice 2 tbsp (optional)
Cookie layer
- Oreo cookies 10
Preparation
- Chocolate layer: Take some milk from 500 ml and add corn flour, cocoa powder and sugar to it. Mix until there are no lumps.
- Stir in the remaining milk and mix.
- Cook on a medium to low flame, stirring constantly until thick and creamy.
- Turn the flame off and add chocolate chips and stir until dissolved.
- Pour into 4 serving cups.
