Add white sugar, brown sugar, plain flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and egg and mix until dough is formed.
Do not overmix the dough.
Shape into 12 balls, its ok if there are cracks on the balls.
Bake for 20 minutes at 190C. Now check one cookie. If it is still shiny from inside then bake for 5 more minutes.
Take out and allow to come to room temperature.
While the cookies are cooling down you can melt the chocolate and pour it in small ice cubes and insert a hazel nut or any nut of your choice. Allow the chocolate to set in the refrigerator.
Now apply melted chocolate on the cookie tops and place a chocolate cube on top.
