Chocolate Chip Pancakes

Ingredients

  • Milk 2 cups
  • White vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Plain flour 2 cups
  • Baking powder 2 tsp
  • Baking soda 1 tsp
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Granulated sugar 2 tbsp
  • Eggs 2 large
  • Vanilla extract 1 tsp
  • Chocolate chips 1/2 cup

Preparation

  1. First thing first, take 2 cups of milk at room temperature and add vinegar to it.
  2. Mix and keep aside for 5 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, in a mixing bowl, add plain flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and granulated sugar. Mix.
  4. Now add eggs, vanilla and milk mixture.
  5. Whisk well until everything is well combined.
  6. Lastly add chocolate chips and give a quick stir.
  7. Batter is ready. Keep it aside for 10 minutes.
  8. After 10 minutes, grease your pan with oil, and place the batter on it.
  9. Allow the pancake to cook on a medium to low flame.
  10. When you see bubbles on top, it’s time to flip the pancake. Cook for 2 minutes on the other side and take out on to a plate.
  11. Repeat with the rest of the batter.
  12. Enjoy the pancakes with honey, chocolate syrup or your favorite topping.
  13. Enjoy!
