Cinnamon Roll Pancakes

Ingredients

Cinnamon Filling

  • Unsalted Butter 4 tbsp
  • Brown sugar 1/4 cup
  • Cinnamon powder 1 tbsp

Cream cheese Topping

  • Cream cheese 4 tbsp (at room temperature)
  • Butter 4 tbsp (at room temperature)
  • Powdered sugar 3/4 cup
  • Vanilla powder/essence 1 tsp

Pancake Batter

  • Egg 1
  • All-purpose flour 1 cup
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Baking powder 2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp

Preparation

  1. Cream cheese Topping: Beat together butter and cream cheese until well combined.
  2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla and mix until combined.
  3. Cinnamon Filling: Melt butter and allow to come to room temperature.
  4. Add brown sugar and cinnamon powder. Mix and transfer to a piping bag.
  5. Batter: Add all the batter ingredients to a bowl and whisk well until smooth batter is formed.
  6. Heat pan on very low heat and pour batter to make small pancakes.
  7. On lowest heat when the bubbles start to show on the top surface, make swirls with cinnamon filling.
  8. Allow to cook on the lowest heat, until the surface of the pancakes is no more shiny.
  9. Take out and pour cream cheese topping and serve immediately.
  10. Enjoy!
