Ingredients
Cinnamon Filling
- Unsalted Butter 4 tbsp
- Brown sugar 1/4 cup
- Cinnamon powder 1 tbsp
Cream cheese Topping
- Cream cheese 4 tbsp (at room temperature)
- Butter 4 tbsp (at room temperature)
- Powdered sugar 3/4 cup
- Vanilla powder/essence 1 tsp
Pancake Batter
- Egg 1
- All-purpose flour 1 cup
- Milk 1 cup
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Baking powder 2 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
Preparation
- Cream cheese Topping: Beat together butter and cream cheese until well combined.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla and mix until combined.
- Cinnamon Filling: Melt butter and allow to come to room temperature.
- Add brown sugar and cinnamon powder. Mix and transfer to a piping bag.
- Batter: Add all the batter ingredients to a bowl and whisk well until smooth batter is formed.
- Heat pan on very low heat and pour batter to make small pancakes.
- On lowest heat when the bubbles start to show on the top surface, make swirls with cinnamon filling.
- Allow to cook on the lowest heat, until the surface of the pancakes is no more shiny.
- Take out and pour cream cheese topping and serve immediately.
- Enjoy!
