- Corn starch 2 tbsp heaped
- Salt to taste
- Oil for deep frying

- Heat oil in a wok on a medium flame.
- Peel and cut the potatoes into fried shape.
- Add salt and corn starch and mix well.
- Deep fry on a medium flame until the potato fries start to turn golden.
- Take out and serve immediately.
