Ingredients

  • Potatoes 2
  • Corn starch 2 tbsp heaped
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for deep frying

Preparation

  1. Heat oil in a wok on a medium flame.
  2. Peel and cut the potatoes into fried shape.
  3. Add salt and corn starch and mix well.
  4. Deep fry on a medium flame until the potato fries start to turn golden.
  5. Take out and serve immediately.
  6. Enjoy!
