Ingredients
For 8 pizza cones
- Tortillas 4
- Pizza sauce 2 tbsp
- Shredded chicken (I used left over chicken from chicken curry)
- Mozzarella cheese 5-6 tbsp
- Green and black olives
Preparation
- Cut the tortillas in half.
- Roll each half into a cone and secure with a toothpick.
- Place the cones upside down in the oven or air fryer.
- Bake at 180°C for 3-4 minutes.
- Take out and apply pizza sauce in every cone.
- Stuff with shredded chicken.
- Top with mozzarella cheese and some olives.
- Arrange the cone pizzas as shown in the video and bake at 180°C for 1-2 minutes until the cheese just melts.
- Enjoy with ketchup!
