Ingredients for 4 cups
- Chopped fresh fruit of your choice, 2 cups (I used strawberries)
- Whipping cream sachet 2
- Cold milk 1 cup
- Honey (optional) as per taste
- Log cake or any cake of your choice, as needed
Preparation
- Cut the cake into small pieces and place at the bottom of each serving glassware.
- Empty the contents of whipping cream sachets into the cold milk and whip until thick cream forms.
- Pour some cream on the cake.
- Layer with fruit and drizzle some honey on top.
- Again, layer with whipped cream and top with the fruit.
- Serve cold and enjoy!
