Creamy Chicken and Egg Sandwich

Ingredients

Sandwich filling

• Boiled Chicken 200 grams
• Boiled eggs 4, mashed
• Mustard paste 1 tbsp
• Salt to taste
• Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
• Mayonnaise 4-5 tbsp
• Ketchup 2 tbsp

Other

• Jalapenos, sliced
• Lettuce leaves chopped
• Bread slices 10

Preparation

1. Shred the boiled chicken and add all the ingredients of sandwich filling to it.
2. Mix well.
3. Place some lettuce leaves on the bread slices and place sandwich filling on it and spread evenly.
4. Top with jalapenos and place the other slice on top.
5. Enjoy!
