Creamy Chicken Salad Cones
Ingredients
- Tortillas 4
- Whisked egg for coating
- White Sesame seeds 1/2 tsp
- Black sesame seeds 1/2 tsp (or nigella/ajwain)
- Chicken 150 grams, boiled and shredded
- Ketchup 3 tsp
- Mustard paste 2 tsp
- Mayonnaise 4 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper powder to taste
- Black olives 2 tbsp
- Grated cucumber 2 tbsp
- Grated cucumber for topping
Preparation
- Cut tortilla into half and roll into a cone, secure with toothpicks.
- Place in a baking tray, coat with whisked egg, sprinkle sesame seeds and bake in the oven at 220°C for 3-4 minutes or until crunchy. Take out and keep aside.
- In a moxing bowl, add chicken, ketchup, mayonnaise, mustard paste, salt, black pepper, olives and a 2 tbsp cucumbers. Mix and fill in the cones
- Dip the cones in the grated cucumber as shown in the video.
