Creamy Lemon Chicken
Ingredients:
- 5 chicken breast fillets 5
- All purpose flour (maida) 2 Tbsp
- vegetable oil 3 Tbsp
- butter 6 Tbsp
- Garlic paste 2 Tsp
- Green chili chopped 1
- Oil 1 tsp
- Chicken stock 2 Cup
- Cooking cream 2 Cup
- lemon juice 1 Tsp
- Green capsicum 1
- Red capsicum 1
preparation:
- Pound the chicken slightly to flatten it.
- Make sure the chicken is dry and coat with flour.
- Add the oil and butter to a pan and allow to heat.
- Fry the chicken pieces completely.
- Add the remaining butter and oil mixture to a bigger pan and add 1tsp oil.
- Fry the garlic and green chili till aromatic and add the chicken stock and cream.
- Cook the gravy till it thickens and add the already cooked chicken.
- Turn the heat to low, cover and allow to simmer for 5 mins.
- Add the lemon juice
- Garnish with red and green capsicum and serve hot with rice. Enjoy.
