Ingredients

• Potatoes 2-3 medium sized
• Butter 2 tablespoons
• Salt to taste
• Black pepper powder to taste
• Fresh cream 4-5 tablespoons

Preparation

1. Boil the potatoes and then peel and mash into a fine texture.
2. Add butter, salt, black pepper powder and fresh cream and mix.
