Creamy Tuscan Butter Chicken and Pasta
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 1 kg
- Oil 3 tbsp
- Salt and pepper as needed
- Elbow noodles 1.5 packs
- Butter 4 tbsp
- Oil 4 tbsp
- Onion1 medium, chopped
- Garlic cloves 3, grated
- Tomatoes, charred and peeled
- Chicken cubes 2
- Fresh cream 1 cup
Preparation
- In a pot, heat oil and add chicken. Season with salt and black pepper powder.
- Cook completely. Take out and set aside.
- In the same pot, add oil and butter, onions and garlic.
- Sauté until soft.
- Blend the peeled tomatoes and chicken cubes and add to the onions.
- Cover and cook until tomatoes are soft.
- Add elbow noodles. Add enough water to cover the pasta.
- Cover and cook until pasta is al dante.
- Add cream and mix. Place chicken pieces on top and cover for 2 minutes.
- Creamy Tuscan Butter Chicken and Pasta is ready.
