Crepes Recipe (Blender Recipe – Soft, thin and Cakey)
Ingredients
- Plain flour 1/2 cup
- Sugar 1/2 tsp
- Milk 1/2 cup
- Egg 1
- Oil 1.5 tbsp
- Salt a pinch
- Nutella
- Banana
Preparation
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add a little oil or butter to a 6-inch skillet with a brush and heat over medium.
- Pour 2 tablespoons batter into the skillet. Immediately spread the batter around using a ladle to form a thin crepe. The thinner the better.
- Flip the crepe when tiny bubbles on the top form.
- Remove when ready.
- Fill with Nutella and banana or the filling of your choice.
- Top the crepes with fresh cream (or sweet whipped cream-your choice 😊)
- Enjoy!
