Ingredients
Potato Fingers
- Boiled Potatoes 5 medium
- Corn flour 4-5 tbsp heaped
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Dried parsley or freshly chopped coriander leaves without stems
- Oil for deep frying
Spicy Tangy Sauce
- Ketchup 4 tbsp
- Chili sauce 2 tbsp
- Mustard 1 tsp
Preparation
- Potato Fingers: Mash the boiled and peeled potatoes.
- Add corn flour salt, black pepper and dried parsley or fresh coriander.
- Mix well and shape into 1.5 cm thick sticks
- Heat oil on a medium to low flame.
- Place the sticks in oil and fry at a medium to low flame until golden on the outside.
- Take out and serve immediately with Spicy tangy sauce.
- Spicy Tangy Sauce: Mix everything and serve with the potato fingers
