Ingredients
- Fresh spinach 1 medium bunch, finely chopped
- Onion 1 small, chopped
- Ginger paste 1/4 tsp
- Garlic paste 1/4 tsp
- Green chilies 1-2, sliced
- Besan Pakora Mix 4-5 tbsp – Recipe below
Besan Pakora Mix
- Besan (Gram flour) 6 tbsp
- Corn flour 1 tbsp
- Rice flour 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Cumin powder 1 tsp
- Ajwain (carom seeds) 1/4 tsp
- Baking soda a pinch
- Red chili powder to taste
- Chat Masala 1 tsp
- Red chili powder to taste
Ingredients
- Add spinach, onion, ginger paste and garlic paste and green chilies to a bowl.
- Add 4 heaped tbsp of besan pakora mix.
- Mix everything well. Now add little water and mix to form a thick mixture.
- Let the mixture stand for 5 minutes.
- Heat oil and add the spinach pakora mixture in small dollops.
- Fry until golden.
- Take out and enjoy with mint chutney.
