Crunchiest Chicken EVER!

Ingredients

Coating 1

  • Plain flour 1 cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Garlic powder 3/4 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp or to taste
  • Paprika powder 2 tsp

Coating 2

  • Eggs 2
  • Water 4-5 tbsp

Coating 3

  • Corn flakes 1 cup
  • Breadcrumbs 3/4 cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • Oregano 1 tsp
  • Parsley 1 tsp
  • Rosemary 1/2 tsp (optional)
  • Chopped fresh coriander 1 cup

Tihami’s Secret Sauce.

  • Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
  • Ketchup 1/4 cup
  • Chili sauce 1/4 cup
  • Mustard paste 1 tbsp     

Preparation

  1. Coating 1: Take a bowl and add flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika powder. Mix.
  2. Coating 2:Prepare three coatings in 3 bowls.
  3. Cut the chicken breast into thin fillets.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan. We will shallow fry the chicken.
  5. Take one fillet and coat it with plain flour.
  6. Dust off the excess flour and then coat with egg wash.
  7. Lastly, coat with cornflakes coating and shallow fry at medium to low heat on bothsides until crispy and golden.
  8. Serve with Tihami’s secret sauce.
  9. Enjoy!
