Ingredients

Potatoes peeled and cut into fries shape 2-3

Ready to use Pakora mix 3-4 tablespoons, which contains

  • Gram flour 3 cups
  • Corn flour 6 tablespoons
  • Yellow food color 1 pinch
  • Salt 3 teaspoons
  • Red chili powder 1.5 teaspoons or more to taste
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Garam masala powder 1 teaspoons
  • Coriander powder 3 teaspoons
  • Cumin powder 2 teaspoons
  • Carom seeds – Ajwan – 1/2 teaspoons
  • Red chili flakes 1 teaspoon
  • Baking powder 1/2 tablespoon
  • Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon crushed
  • Coriander Seeds 3 teaspoons crushed

Oil for Frying
