- Ready to use pakora mix 3-4 tablespoons
- Potatoes peeled and cut into fries shape 2-3
- Oil for Frying

- Corn flour 6 tablespoons
- Yellow food color 1 pinch
- Salt 3 teaspoons
- Red chili powder 1.5 teaspoons or more to taste
- Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Garam masala powder 1 teaspoons
- Coriander powder 3 teaspoons
- Cumin powder 2 teaspoons
- Carom seeds – Ajwan – 1/2 teaspoons
- Red chili flakes 1 teaspoon
- Baking powder 1/2 tablespoon
- Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon crushed
- Coriander Seeds 3 teaspoons crushed
