Date Milkshake

Dates are a must have fruit during the Holy month of Ramadan. Packed with nutrition, the date milkshake is a complete meal in itself.

Ingredients:

  • Dates 3-4
  • Milk 1 Cup
  • Fresh Cream 1 tablespoon
  • Chocolate syrup (optional)

 

preparation:

  1. Soak dates in a cup of milk overnight.
  2. Add the soaked dates, milk, chocolate syrup and fresh cream in a blender.
  3. Blend with ice cubes and serve chilled.
  4. Enjoy!
